Good experience, with some downs, on Leadership
Worked with great individuals at the Palo Alto office, all with great talent.
There were nice perks, like catered food and company parties.
Just like with any Disney company, there was access to the parks.
Affected by top-tier decisions, which are made by numbers and kill products that could have been successful, but got canceled. Instead of launching them and at least gaining some success, all that development time was wasted.
Cross-company decisions may affect lower-tiered employees with layoffs.
