Great benefits and atmosphere. Very good environment for minorities. Great facilities to work in.
Ageism is alive and well at Disney. If you're over middle age, they are very happy to keep bringing you back year after year as a contractor (18-month contractor, 1 year off, then repeat), but only the younger contractors are offered to become permanent employees (cast members).
Consider ageism to be a factor in discrimination. Start checking the numbers for manager hiring (conversion).
It's getting very obvious and being talked about more and more at Disney.
