I was able to talk to internal SMEs without having to go through a lot of red tape. Brilliant people willing to work together to resolve issues quickly. Management also had a deep understanding of the technologies with Disney.
There was a lot of work to do to unify the organization. Some discontinuity as contractors came and went.
