HR noted my details and gave me screening coding questions. I responded with the solutions in a couple of days.
It's been 18 days since then, including multiple reminders to HR, and I still haven't received any update.
It's courtesy to respond and communicate; I'm not asking for much.
Overall, HR began communication in a good way, but sadly, there's been no communication since then.

Pros: Great culture, smart co-workers, challenging problems, and great perks like free lunches, breakfast, mini-kitchens, snacks, and drinks, plus a fun happy hour.
Cons: Salaries could be higher. RSU grants could be better for pre-IPO startups.

Pros: You get to be immersed in an energetic environment, with great leadership and direction.
In engineering, there are great problems to solve with a fun, seasoned team.
You get to ship software at a rate that is aggressive but not too aggressive, and without the red tape.
Cons: There's certainly no shortage of things to do. That can be overwhelming.
And, the culture can be too aggressive for some, and the energy can be over the top for some, I suppose. I like both aspects, though.
