Initially, I had a 20-minute phone conversation with HR to learn more about the position and my readiness to relocate. They mentioned that the team was looking for someone with testing and coding skills, not a developer. Next, I scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, where we discussed the position, requirements, and my current work. Following that was a technical round with two questions. I believe I answered them satisfactorily. I was not asked to optimize the solution or given additional time, even though the questions were difficult. After following up with the recruiter, I received a response stating they were looking for a developer.
