I was contacted by HR to schedule a 20-minute call. This was a basic introductory call, where they told me about the company and learned about my background.
The HR then scheduled a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager. The manager was very polite and made me comfortable.
He started with some background questions related to my resume and various QA automation technologies like Selenium. I was asked to write code using Selenium and a language of my choice for an e-commerce website, focusing on a basic validation test case. After that, there were some behavioral questions.
The manager was highly inclined towards me being technically good, but also a cultural fit.
After this round, I was invited for onsite interviews. This consisted of four rounds, lasting approximately one hour each.
They provided lunch (obviously).
I received the call of acceptance the next day.
They offered a good package with good benefits. A decent negotiation should not be an issue.
