Pros: Good people and WLB, depending on the team. Some tech leadership is pushing our tech stack into the current century. Compensation and benefits are okay.
Cons: We pretend we do agile but have to commit to distant dates in the future off wild guesses.
Uneven engineer quality in hiring and promotions. The bar was too low during the COVID hiring spree.
Company is slowly stripping away our benefits and forcing us back into the office. Lots of hiring of people from certain companies; little outside innovation being brought in.
