I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks.
It was a pathetic candidate experience and recruitment team that has no idea on what talent they really want, and they do not honor candidates' time. I had my interviews scheduled without preference. The candidate experience team was unreachable over the phone and barely responds to email. The recruiter goes back and forth on the title. I believe this is India-specific versus other regions.

There's tons of tribal knowledge due to a lack of documentation, employee retention, and rapid growth. There seems to be very little buy-in to move from in-house solutions to cloud-native or, at the very least, industry-standard ones. Apps need refactoring prior to moving to the cloud, not afterwards.
