Compensation is decent. We used to have some of the best coworkers in tech, so some of us were able to really experience creative minds and be a part of some really cool products before our company was taken over.
Leadership is run by boomer board members that actually used a bible verse in an all-hands meeting a few years ago. People who had been here over a decade were laid off while on paternity leave.
About three or four years ago, we started seeing knowledgeable people get let go to be replaced by offshore workers or friends of leadership who will never disagree or insist on doing the right thing. This shows highly concerning judgment in respect to honesty all around.
