A very good company with talented and friendly co-workers
DocuSign has the industry-leading product and treats its employees very well in all facets. Good compensation and good benefits (4 weeks of vacation right from the beginning). DocuSign also has a good work-life balance environment.
No significant cons, except I wish the 401k had company matching, but it's no big deal.
