I felt I was interviewed by someone quite inexperienced, and the goal of the interview was to test my patience. The interviewer shared a description with me. What I found out towards the end was that we were to follow it specifically, word-by-word,

Regular software developer interview process: System design, LeetCode questions, and STAR stories. I was ghosted for more than 2 weeks before I asked HR about it and was notified that I was rejected. Negative experience overall.

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. Had a technical phone interview the next day, followed by an onsite interview the following week. I was really impressed by how fast they were able to move the process along. Onsite interview was 4 h
