Process
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter.
Had a technical phone interview the next day, followed by an onsite interview the following week. I was really impressed by how fast they were able to move the process along.
Onsite interview was 4 hours. It included one conversational interview, two coding questions, and one logic puzzle. Who even does those anymore?
Questions were very unclear, and even after 5+ minutes of asking clarifying questions, I would start on the problem only to be corrected on some aspect of the problem I had clarified before. Changing the problem midway really sent me spinning, and I wasn't able to show my best side.

Pros: The company offers decent benefits, and there are some truly exceptional individuals working here.
Cons: The company's lack of a clear vision hinders its ability to effectively expand the product and build out its ecosystem.
The continuous hiring of C-suite and senior managers has not led to an improved understanding of tackling the actual pain points of technical debt.
Many projects can be shifted from reinventing the wheel for unnecessary things to refining products for our customers.

Pros: Best food.
Best working environment.
Most importantly, the best people.
Everyone is helpful here since the day I joined. My interview process was extremely smooth but tough, of course. For the interview, Docusign takes care of all expenses.
My manager is the coolest manager in the world. Trust me, I am not exaggerating.
Cons: I cannot think of any cons.

Incredible First Job

Pros: I worked as an intern last summer and came on full-time this year. Though I have less than a year of experience to go off of, I can say with no doubt in my mind that this was the right place for me to start my career. It's a great place to grow and learn.
Within engineering, I have had the privilege of being mentored and getting to work with some extremely bright people. Every conversation I have furthers my career and my ability to contribute as much as possible. On top of the incredible people, the benefits are generous. DocuSign really cares about its employees.
Cons: The compensation is on the lower end of the current market for engineers, especially in Seattle. However, DoucSign is still growing, and I think this is getting better from what I've heard.
Other than that, no cons.
