Well-planned internship experience, lots of intern events, and executive series talks (very valuable).
Projects were meaningful, well-thought-out, and had the ability to make an impact on the company.
Free snacks and free lunches twice a week for Engineers!
Pay, while good, is on the lower end when comparing with similar companies in the area. I would like to see transportation benefits for interns as well.
Focus on maintaining the quality of the Intern Program, which is already great. To attract the best talent in engineering, consider improving pay and benefits.
