Communication is poor. Inexperienced managers are running teams. The product is behind, as other competitors are stepping up their game in providing a better UI, AI, and other automotive tools. There is lacking documentation for real use case scenarios.

Advice to Management

Keep managers accountable, especially those who are inexperienced, poor communicators, and are sought by other teams as difficult to work with. It reflects negatively on the team that reports up to those managers.
