I applied through a recruiter. The process took four weeks.
There was a CoderPad pairing assessment. Unfortunately, the interviewer and I experienced some communication inefficiencies because English was clearly not their first language. That led to difficulty in completing the assessment quickly, as it took an exorbitant amount of time for them to explain what they wanted and to respond to clarification questions.
