There were four steps:

1. Implement an endpoint related to an internal feature.
2. Conduct a debug session.
3. Meet with the manager.
4. A two-part session consisting of: a. A domain knowledge session to showcase one of your best works. b. A system design exercise.

Here is my tip if you are planning to attend the process: Do not overthink. Have a well-structured dissertation about the work you have done, especially your proudest project.

For the last step, it felt pretty rushed, so stick to a very concise plan. The same goes for your answers; be as succinct as you possibly can. They will not provide any feedback to you.
