I applied through a recruiter, and the process took 3 weeks.

• Recruiter screening.
• Three technical rounds, which covered system design, algorithms, and the business unit.
• Manager interview.

I received positive feedback at the end of each round. During the manager interview, I brought up the topic of whether the company had a diversity program, to which she answered affirmatively. I asked for details about the company's culture regarding minorities. At that point, the tone of the conversation changed until the end of the interview. Days later, I received a negative response.

The process was a LeetCode problem and a business metric problem with a BU analyst.
