I was contacted by the hiring manager through LinkedIn. I responded and had a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. A one-hour technical phone screen was then set up.

The technical phone screen went well. I was asked to code a LeetCode Medium question, which I was able to solve in time. A virtual onsite interview was subsequently set up.

The onsite consisted of four rounds: one system design, one behavioral, and two coding interview rounds. The questions in the coding rounds were LeetCode Medium and Hard. I performed averagely on the LeetCode Medium and could not solve the Hard question.

The interviewers were nice and helpful throughout the process. However, the interviewer who asked the LeetCode Hard question was not a good interviewer.

Overall, it was a decent experience, and, as expected, I did not receive an offer. It would be beneficial if DoorDash provided more specific feedback than a generic email stating that I was not selected.
