Process
The interview process was extremely slow, taking about 2.5 months in total. The interviewers were nice and friendly, but I had a really bad experience talking to the recruiters. They seemed extremely uninterested in speaking with candidates, even during calls, and often didn't reply to emails when asked about the interview process.

Pros: DoorDash is a very diverse workplace.
Cons: 1) Management is incompetent.
2) The environment is very chaotic, as many have noted.
3) Management has a very high turnover rate.
4) Teams are reorganized frequently.
5) The whole of the company has only about 3 or 4 PMs.
6) They promote an image of helping engineers work toward goals, but they can and have fired strong engineers for no good reason. I've seen it happen multiple times before it happened to me.
