The typical interview process included one round of phone coding and four rounds of on-site interviews. Of the five rounds, I generally felt that three interviewers did not want to be there; they just wanted to ask questions and leave. As a result, I received zero feedback during the actual interview. Generally, I would expect at least some interaction, and therefore I had no idea if what I said (for system design and behavioral rounds) was what they were looking for. I felt zero connection throughout the entire interview process and that it was a big waste of time. For the Hiring Manager round, it was 45 minutes, and the HM was five minutes late and left exactly on time. I'm pretty sure he didn't finish all the questions he planned to ask, but zero apologies were given.
In the end, I received an auto-generated decline email. Their HR didn't even bother to reach out to those who were declined.
