The typical process involves an online coding question, followed by an onsite interview. The onsite interview typically includes coding questions, system design, and behavioral/past experience questions.

One of my code interviewers was truly terrible. They talked over me and kept interrupting to "guide" me to solutions that I had already mentioned. This happened multiple times. As a result, I ran out of time to complete the problem, which was something I knew and had studied. It was extremely frustrating.

The interview felt like the real-world equivalent of someone in a meeting who repeats what you just said and takes credit for it.
