Hello New Grad applicants!
My DoorDash interview process was really smooth. I had two rounds:
I felt really respected throughout the process. They accommodated my deadline needs; I learned about the offer the day after my "onsite." My recruiter connected me with a VP-level engineer the very next day when I asked to speak with an engineer at DoorDash.
The company is going places, and it is apparent from the time and resources they allocate to you that they are going to invest in you, especially if you are a New Grad.
Also, the compensation package is quite generous (beats Google, alright!), which is all the more reason to apply.
I'm not going to give the exact questions, but I will say that if you Leet, you can't be beat.
(I mean, even as a rule of thumb if not for DoorDash.)
