I had a 20-minute phone screen. Half of the time was spent with the recruiter talking about the company and describing the position.

After that, she asked me to:

• Describe one past experience on my resume.
• Describe three things I looked for in a position/company.
• Answer a couple of logistical questions, like work authorization and interest in a certain field.

I received an email the next day stating I wouldn't get a technical interview. They didn't seem too interested in asking more.
