Email from 3rd party recruiter. Email and call from in-house recruiter. Call and interview setup with HM. Technique screening with Engineer. Pretty standard like most, but just frustrating because I applied for a Jr. level role and was expected to answer a LeetCode hard question. Spent most of my time trying to get the interviewer to explain what the question was asking for. Feel like I was only interviewed due to the color of my skin to check off the "we interviewed an under-representative minority" box.
