The interview process was very regular. The last question was hard because it involved recursion, and I am a little weak at recursion. However, my heart isn't in the company, so I didn't study as much. Considering I didn't study, I made it pretty far.

Pros: Energetic coworkers, exciting space. You get to see a lot of different sides of a physical business, not just selling advertising space. Lots of opportunities for leadership for those who seek them.
Cons: Fratty. Young company with young execs who are clearly still figuring things out as they go. Less respect and autonomy than they advertise. Lots of rushing for no reason, awful work-life balance.
