- Long hours and usually having to work weekends can be tough if you have a young family.
- High expectations are placed on every project because the product team brings engineering into the loop way too late.
- It can feel unsupported and isolated if you're in an out-group, such as non-Asian or non-male groups.

Had 5 interviews total. * 2 HR/Management * 3 technical One of the technical interviewers was nice. The others seemed unprepared and hostile, as if they were forced to be there, like it's some bureaucratic requirement.
