Great perks and flexibility, but high workload issues
- Nice perks that include free lunch and wellness reimbursement.
- Hybrid work model but with no in-office requirement per week, which is basically WFH.
- Flexible hours.
- Much higher workload than other companies, with a lot of people who quit due to high burnout.
- They seem not to reward performance.
- Disorganized teams.
Hire better managers. You need better project management.
