Got through the first round on the phone screen just fine. Was asked to come on-site.

First round was a coding question. Second was OOD. Third and fourth rounds were about what I’ve been working on and then behavioral sorts of questions.

For the OOD question, I thought it was easy, but apparently, this was the one area where I did worst. Hard to believe.

The interviewer needs more experience in the corporate world before evaluating others’ competence. They’re going to miss out on some good candidates (like myself) by not properly evaluating people.

Most technical questions were related to their field, fantasy sports, so be sure to understand the concepts.
