Front End Engineer Interview Experience - Poland

Process

After the recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, they sent me a 1.5-hour assessment task. It was designed in a way that you should not be able to finish all the levels in the planned time, or be a genius.

After receiving positive feedback, I proceeded to a virtual "on-site" interview board consisting of six interviews:

  • Two technical interviews of various difficulty levels (average difficulty)
  • Two architectural interviews
  • One behavioral interview
  • One interview with a potential manager

The overall impression from the interviews was positive and pretty optimistic. Still, after two weeks of waiting for the hiring committee's decision, I was rejected because of some unclear concerns about me as a cross-team player.
