Pros: Great place to work, amazing colleagues, great food and benefits. High scope of influence. Great office location. Interesting projects.
Cons: No performance bonus for engineers (unlike at Google and Facebook). This should be really implemented for Dropbox as well.
Very talented people and high competition as a result (though it's a good thing).

Pros: Dropbox is an outstanding option for those seeking remote work. Compensation is top tier while living in a low cost of living area. I love that everyone still meets up in person a few times a year.
Cons: There are way too many reorganizations that are very disruptive to teams.
