Process
First, I began with a CodeSignal take-home assignment to be completed in a limited time. I got 3/4 of the way through it and still moved ahead.
Next, I met with several recruiters and moved to scheduling my offsite. However, for every recruiter I met, I had to resubmit my resume as well as re-enter my work and education history. I also had to submit this information again to schedule the offsite, as well as reschedule the offsite when a position closed (twice more). In the end, I did not make it to the offsite before all positions closed.

A solid employer for software engineers

Pros: * Big enough to not be worried that it's all going to collapse soon.
* Small enough that suggestions sometimes get a response direct from the CEO.
* Early and strong adopter of remote work.
* Money is reasonably competitive.
* I haven't yet experienced any sort of "crunch time" or pressure to work outside of normal hours.
* Friendly, helpful co-workers.
* Commitment to diversity and inclusion feels relatively genuine (there is visible real effort, rather than just checkbox mandatory trainings).
Cons: Interview load (spending time interviewing new hire candidates) is a bit much (more than at Google).
On-call rotations are relatively noisy, frequent, and don't come with extra compensation (and are an exception to the "pro" of no pressure to work outside of normal hours! But it's usually like 5-10 five-minute interruptions, not a lot of extra time, just annoying).
Internal documentation could be better (you have to rely on asking friendly, helpful co-workers more than you ought!)
