I had a couple of telephonic rounds initially, and then I was called onsite for six rounds back-to-back.
The onsite interview was interesting; it was more of a whiteboard session and discussion than asking questions and expecting theoretical answers.
Questions
One of the interviewees asked me unexpected questions that were totally unrelated to the technology. He put me in a situation that required some analysis and articulation.

Pros: Tons of pros, but I'll list a few to keep it simple.
* Generous compensation
* Fantastic paternity/maternity/unlimited PTOs
* Super talented teams to collaborate with (some of the best in the industry, thanks to our best recruiting standards)
* Flexible hours and policies. We've been getting 1 day PTO company-wide since Mar 2020, which is very generous.
* Transparent leadership.
Cons: Decision-making is slow across the org, though things are changing.

Pros: 1. Absolutely the best people to work with, a great work culture. Remote work allows for flexibility.
2. A lot of scope to innovate and generate impact. Also, contributions and good work are recognized by leadership.
Cons: Being a smaller company compared to other tech giants like Microsoft and Meta, there are fewer horizontal mobility options.

Pros: - Decent compensation.
- Top-notch benefits.
- Remote-first culture.
- Folks from L1 to L5 are pretty good; they are talented and kind.
Cons: - Leadership (specifically the new VPs of EPD, yes, we have new VPs for Engineering, Product, and Design) is clueless.
- Core: Has nothing interesting to do, and the Engineering LT in Core has an extremely low hiring bar.
- Dash: Talented people, decent LT, no idea how to make people pay for Dash.
- Career growth is almost impossible, especially L4 onwards, unless you are buddies with the right people.
