Process
The first round was SQL, followed by a second round with system design and then a LeetCode question. I solved both the system design and LeetCode questions. I communicated with the interviewers about my logic behind the code or data model I created. However, I received a rejection the next day. I suspect there are too many people in the market right now, and they have raised the bar much higher than in previous years.

Pros: 1. Absolutely the best people to work with, a great work culture. Remote work allows for flexibility.
2. A lot of scope to innovate and generate impact. Also, contributions and good work are recognized by leadership.
Cons: Being a smaller company compared to other tech giants like Microsoft and Meta, there are fewer horizontal mobility options.

Pros: Tons of pros, but I'll list a few to keep it simple.
* Generous compensation
* Fantastic paternity/maternity/unlimited PTOs
* Super talented teams to collaborate with (some of the best in the industry, thanks to our best recruiting standards)
* Flexible hours and policies. We've been getting 1 day PTO company-wide since Mar 2020, which is very generous.
* Transparent leadership.
Cons: Decision-making is slow across the org, though things are changing.

Pros: - Decent compensation.
- Top-notch benefits.
- Remote-first culture.
- Folks from L1 to L5 are pretty good; they are talented and kind.
Cons: - Leadership (specifically the new VPs of EPD, yes, we have new VPs for Engineering, Product, and Design) is clueless.
- Core: Has nothing interesting to do, and the Engineering LT in Core has an extremely low hiring bar.
- Dash: Talented people, decent LT, no idea how to make people pay for Dash.
- Career growth is almost impossible, especially L4 onwards, unless you are buddies with the right people.
