Pros: Work from home. You can find a good team with good people to work with.
Cons: Strategy changes too frequently. Benefits are continuing to be cut, eroding the culture. We haven't been following our values of being worthy of trust or keeping work human with the recent decrease in parental leave. It didn't even start to apply to newly pregnant people, but to people who got pregnant under the old policy.
