Pros: - Very, very smart people (best engineering team in the valley!)
- Lots of opportunity to improve the product
- Very good at reacting quickly and nimbly to changes in market dynamics, etc.
Cons: - Growing this fast incurs a lot of growing pains (systems consistently break and then you have to fix them).
- At times our focus is a little scattered.

Pros: Unbeatable perks and wellness benefits, food, people, etc.
Compensation is one of the highest in Silicon Valley, after Netflix, which is in the middle of nowhere.
High employee happiness and great work-life balance.
Focuses a lot on growth and career advancement.
Company and management are very invested in employees and employee retention.
Cons: Very young managers, many of whom are ex-engineers.
Many employees don't believe in the long-term company vision.
The company is struggling to differentiate itself from competitors.
