Standard recruiter call to technical phone screen. Did not like the phone screen much. Overly concerned with running code over understanding, despite the interviewer not being able to remember some methods on the fly as well. Too much time spent on figuring out minor issues that would never be a problem in a well-set-up dev environment.

Pros: Biggest pro: the people here are all top-notch and highly motivated, which helps motivate me to do great work too. Many engineers are graduates from top-tier CS schools, or are ex-Google / ex-Facebook. The people here are all easygoing and a lot of fun to hang out with. Culture here is second to none. A lot of autonomy and responsibility is given to the engineers for day-to-day work. A couple times a year, we have a hack week where every engineer at the company is free to work on whatever they want.

Cons: The company is still really small and lacks some of the infrastructure you'd expect at a larger place. There aren't yet any set tracks for career advancement or mentorship for personal development, which some people may not like.
