Pros: The food is okay; they ended the bakery recently.

Cons: There is no direction or vision. A lot of leadership at the lower levels don't really know how to translate strategy into executable initiatives. Workflows are completely siloed, and re-organizations lead to several re-hashes of the same project. Several layers of management are arbitrarily introduced to squash accountability to the individual contributor level. There's a cultural gap within teams, pronounced when members speak on professional matters in different languages. People are praised and promoted for delivering band-aid solutions which don't address some core issues within the tech stack, and others are assigned to maintain it. Constant turnover for some of the strategic leadership positions.

Pros: Fully remote, which is great for parents.

Cons: Not the great unicorn it used to be.

Pros: People are nice and willing to help each other. There are lots of learning opportunities and you are able to make a real impact. Great benefits and perks.

Cons: Some legacy code, but it is quite common for all companies.
