I had one preliminary interview, followed by an all-day series of technical interviews. After that, I had dinner with the team.
There were a few weeks of negotiation afterward, but that was largely a function of my slow response time.

Pros: Great culture and WLB. You can feel the company is really caring about its employees.
Great perks: We offer $1750/quarter for reimbursement for everything, and we get 1 day of company PTO per month.
Cons: Growth rate is slowing down now, and not many interesting projects are going on.
Company is cutting some great perks forever, such as the awesome office and cafe.
