One friend referred me, and a recruiter contacted me. I had one phone screen with a coding problem related to files and directories. The recruiter mentioned they were unsure if I should proceed to the onsite, so they scheduled another phone screen.

The whole process is painful. It started with a mini-loop, then a full loop on-site. After that, I was asked to do a take-home assignment. I had to wait and ping the recruiter in order to get a result for each step.
