Mostly a standard process.
The interview process typically involved:
- A phone call with the recruiter.
- A technical phone screen.
- An invitation for an on-site interview.
The recruiter was especially easy and helpful to work with, which made me feel great about the company!
I will note that the on-site interview is a pretty long day, which can feel daunting. However, it mostly went pretty smoothly in practice.
