I received an online assessment, completed it within the given time frame, and achieved a perfect score. However, I haven't heard back from my recruiter since. After submitting the online assessment, I emailed him twice asking for an update, but he never responded.

Pros: I just relocated from the west coast to the east coast, and the process was frictionless.
My team is already diverse in time zones, so my relocation doesn't impact my workflow.
The virtual-first policy gives me the freedom to choose where I want to live my life, which I greatly appreciate.
Cons: Not the most exciting business, which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it.

Cons: - Cooperation (slow, bureaucracy, lower impact)
- Technology doesn't change much.
- Slower promotions.
- Non-US sites have significantly fewer internal transit options.
- Non-US sites sometimes need to stay up late for meetings with colleagues from the US.
