Pros: One of the best engineering teams.
A lot of freedom to pursue even the craziest product ideas/hacks.
Chance to work with world-class designers/product people.
One of the few companies that will make it BIG.
Great perks, best food options in the Bay Area.
Great commute to the South Bay (office right at the Caltrain station) or San Francisco.
Cons: A lot of challenge and competition from other bigger companies.

Smart Team, Growing Pains

Pros: - Very, very smart people (best engineering team in the valley!)
- Lots of opportunity to improve the product
- Very good at reacting quickly and nimbly to changes in market dynamics, etc.
Cons: - Growing this fast incurs a lot of growing pains (systems consistently break and then you have to fix them).
- At times our focus is a little scattered.

Pros: Dropbox cares a lot about its employees and their work-life balance. It's a fun place to work with super talented and friendly people. There's also a lot of variety in the types of problems to solve and work to be done.
Cons: Context switching between shifting priorities sometimes hampers productivity.
