Pros: Most ICs at Dropbox are smart and friendly.
Good pay and benefits overall.
Cons: - Leadership lacks reflection and transparency and is out of touch with engineers.
- Toxic positivity culture (not everyone, but it is a theme with some engineers and leaders).
- No real culture due to remote work (not a dig at Dropbox, to be expected for any remote company).

Cons: Management is all over the place. It needs to reinvent the product to stay relevant. Too many other companies offer better/equivalent file sync and share with more features bundled in.
