First, there's an OA.
Then, there's a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter, which was more about personal interests than technical skills.
Finally, there are two final rounds:
One technical round, consisting of a code review session and a LeetCode-style session.
The behavioral final round was pretty straightforward.

Pros: Some of the most competitive benefits/compensation in the Bay Area. Everyone is super nice and super smart. People are passionate about what they do.
Cons: Either the vision isn't quite there for upper management, or it just wasn't made clear to us. It would have been nice to know a little more about where the products were going.

The best place to be in the valley right now

Pros: Every few years, there is a company that, through its culture and network effects, gathers the most talented engineers in the valley to work on something. Dropbox is that place now. Having interned/visited other tech companies like Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Palantir, I have not seen another company with such a high concentration of very talented engineers and motivated employees.
Cons: The Dropbox office is a great place to be, and there are tons of cool people hanging around all the time. It might be hard to leave in the evening and have a life outside of work.

Pros: It's pretty clear that the internship program has had many years to be matured. Intern projects were well-scoped. Events were well-organized. People were very friendly and approachable.
Cons: Not sure about future outlooks. Tech is solid, but product is meh. Need direction.
