Pros: I was here prior to the IPO. I loved the culture, the people, and the smart organization.

Cons: A lot of projects got started and cancelled. A lot of smart brainpower was spent doing dumb things.

Pros: - This is an environment full of brilliant people; there is never a shortage of work-related insight or non-work-related interesting conversation. - The culture is one of dedication to excellence--people truly care about creating a great product and providing a delightful experience for users. - Building a real income-generating product, rather than being an ad-supported platform, is incredibly freeing. It feels great to be working on a product that we can provide to everyone for free, and that provides an experience good enough that some users are willing to pay for more space. - "Work hard, play hard" is cliche, but an accurate description of Dropbox. - The food is awesome.

Cons: With an environment focused on quickly creating a great product, there comes pressure. It's mostly not external--there's just a drive to be awesome that rubs off on you, and sometimes results in long hours.

Pros: WLB, Pay, Perks, Great Talent

Cons: The product development cycle is slow.
