Pros: Dropbox cares a lot about its employees and their work-life balance. It's a fun place to work with super talented and friendly people. There's also a lot of variety in the types of problems to solve and work to be done.
Cons: Context switching between shifting priorities sometimes hampers productivity.

Pros: Great work-life balance. The expectation is that holidays and all sorts of breaks are accounted for in quarter commitments.
People. Everyone here is super nice and helpful.
Cons: - Virtual first: Personally, I would rather be back in the office, but I've had good career opportunities which have convinced me to stay.
