The best place to be in the valley right now

Pros: Every few years, there is a company that, through its culture and network effects, gathers the most talented engineers in the valley to work on something. Dropbox is that place now. Having interned/visited other tech companies like Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Palantir, I have not seen another company with such a high concentration of very talented engineers and motivated employees.
Cons: The Dropbox office is a great place to be, and there are tons of cool people hanging around all the time. It might be hard to leave in the evening and have a life outside of work.

Pros: It's incredible to work at a place that views the Dropbox product as their second greatest priority, their first being an amazing company culture.
Cons: It's going to be extremely difficult to maintain the small company feel that truly enhances productivity. I'm interested in how well each of the teams will accomplish this much-needed goal.

Pros: Dropbox puts so much focus on work-life balance, and there are many organizations throughout the company for all demographics. The culture of mentorship is also huge here, and you'll always find someone eager to help on your professional and personal development. I feel really cared about and supported as an individual.
Cons: Dropbox is Virtual First, which has its pros and cons.
Sometimes I miss interacting with people in an office setting, but they do their best to try and unite team members in quarterly in-person meetings.
