Pros: Great benefits: unlimited PTO, insurance, a perks allowance of $1750 per quarter to spend on basically anything, 8 free therapy sessions per year, and 6 months of parental leave for parents with newborns.
Fully remote, and they let you set your own schedule outside of core collaboration hours.
Amazing work-life balance.
Work is interesting and challenging.
Top pay for all roles.
Management and team members are great to work with.
Optional offsite events to meet your team every quarter.
Very clear structure for promotions.
Diverse group of coworkers.
Cons: They usually pay new hires more than people who get promoted internally for the same level, which is not unusual in the industry.
