Cons: Different time zones lead to meetings at every daytime. Sometimes, I fear missing out on things.

Pros: Although I have been with the company for quite some time, everyone I work with is open, supportive, and highly skilled.
As a result, despite various changes such as market fluctuations and strategic shifts, the company has always been remarkably adaptable to change.
Cons: As a result of being resistant to change, the company has become complacent, resulting in poor strategic decisions and repeated failures.

Pros: Good compensation.
Nice new building.
A product that's actually useful and beneficial to its users.
Many talented ICs (love my team and partner teams, but generally hate the management).
Cons: Bad management.
Food is good, but the logistics are terrible. Lines for days.
Poor culture; nothing is ever questioned or opposed. Being anything other than a "kool-aid drinker" wouldn't be a "cupcake."
Did I mention bad management?
