Pros: Good benefits. Some teams have good culture, while others don't. It's a very humanized company to work for amongst all tech companies. Good work-life balance. It used to be a great company.

Cons: Constant reorgs at the leadership level, lack of direction and CEO involvement, nepotism in many departments. The top is too hands off. Two layoffs so far, despite promises and stable cash flow.

Pros: Good benefits. Some teams have good culture, while others don't. It's a very humanized company to work for amongst all tech companies. Good work-life balance. It used to be a great company.

Cons: Constant reorgs at the leadership level, lack of direction and CEO involvement, nepotism in many departments. The top is too hands off. Two layoffs so far, despite promises and stable cash flow.

Pros: Dropbox is a zany, high-velocity, awesomely creative, best-food-in-town, friendly place to work. I really enjoy: * Great engineering talent * Well-reasoned decisions * High-end restaurant-quality food * A multitude of perks * Creative projects * Great transparency

Cons: There are still a lot of organizational growing pains. Dropbox still hasn't quite figured out how to do peer reviews well, the office is a little crowded, and so on. This is certainly all going to be resolved in time. Everyone here has good intentions.
